Volunteer

In exchange for assisting with registration, we offer complimentary conference registration for a few volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to hear from you. Please share a brief essay about yourself, your interest in assisting at the conference, and why you believe you would be an asset to our team. The deadline for applications is March 21, 2025. We are looking for gracious, tech-savvy individuals eager to contribute to the success of our conference. Volunteers must be available to meet on Wednesday before the conference to help with setup and be at the convention center at 7 am MT each day.

Mary Lou Panter and Ronald Berz Scholarship

Each year, we offer the Mary Lou Panter and Ronald Berz Scholarship to one winner. The winner will receive round-trip transportation from anywhere in the United States, four nights’ accommodations in Santa Fe, and registration for the conference.

To apply, please submit a 2-4 page (double-spaced) essay answering the following prompt: What is the most transformative interpersonal encounter you have ever experienced? How has it molded who you are, and what steps do you take to honor the experience and keep its memory alive?
