The American Institute of Medical Education (AIMED) values our presenters and their role in enhancing the learning experience of our attendees. We accept session proposals covering various topics. Our primary objective is to ensure that ALL presentations at our events not only deepen learning but also foster maximum attendee engagement. Please note that we require all of our speakers to present in person at our conferences.

We invite prospective presenters at our conferences to share the latest research findings, cutting-edge ideas, innovations, and advancements in the field. Our offer to presenters:

We provide complimentary registration for the presenter and one guest for domestic conferences. The presenter is responsible for all other expenses, such as travel, food, and lodging. 

We will provide a discount to the presenter on the land portion of the trip for international conferences.

Additionally, presenters receive international exposure through our marketing and media department and online social media platforms.
