AIMED: The Creativity and Madness Conferences
Aimed, The American Institute for Medical Education, was founded in 1982 to provide the best quality and most interesting continuing education possible to physicians, social workers, psychologists, marriage and family therapists.
We welcome everyone who is interested in the psychology of artists and the creative process to register and attend. Our speakers do not use psychoanalytic or psychological jargon. They present the concepts and theories in a manner that is comprehensive and readily understood by the intelligent lay person as well as the professional.
We have held over 120 conferences throughout the world—in Santa Fe, San Francisco, New York, Hawaii, all of the major cities in Europe, as well as in South America, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Bali, and China. We currently plan 4 or 5 conferences a year. MDs, PhDs, Social Workers, MFTs, and others obtain continuing education hours by attending our conferences.
